Victor Results is a full-service advertising agency, providing regional, national and international clients with turnkey marketing services. Our proven techniques fuse the art of the brand with the science of direct response to measurably improve results. It is truly Results Advertising.

Founded in 2003, Victor Results has doubled in sales every year since, due to the success of our clients' campaigns. Victor Results has been named a Future 50 fastest-growing company, and has received the "Best in Business" recognition for 2006 and 2007.

Victor Results is a member of the Electronic Retailing Association, Direct Marketing Association, Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, Nashville CABLE, and the National Federation of Independent Business.

Paula Cometto Milam
President and Chief Strategist

Our fearless leader, Paula drives the agency with her no-nonsense, energetic style. Her intensity is contagious; exciting customers with new ideas and driving employees to excellence. With 30 years of real-world experience, Paula has helped regional, national and international companies measurably improve their bottom line with what she calls "results advertising."

Growing up in a small town in the countryside outside of Buffalo, NY, Paula was eager to move to the big city of Philadelphia where she spent her college years at Villanova. She dug roots there, spending 11 years in key corporate marketing positions and running a full in-house agency. Satisfied with only the best, she launched a full-service award-winning agency of her own in 1990, Cometto Direct. Paula's innovative strategies posted impressive results for such clients as MBNA, First USA, PSE&G, AAA, Holgate Toy, Lenox Collections and others. After seven years, she was approached with the opportunity to merge with Roska Direct, a full service agency with significant pharmaceutical accounts, such as Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and others, plus Iams Pet Foods, Thomas Register Publishing and AARP Medical Supplemental Insurance. There, Paula helped deliver significant growth, luring GE Capital Mortgage and building interactive accounts such as V-Tel Videoconferencing, Vertical Net and HealthAxis.com. Paula also chaired the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Creative Council, co-taught a marketing business workshop at the Wharton School, and spoke frequently at industry events.

In 1999, Paula moved to Nashville. She consulted with CEOs and incorporated her agency in 2003. She quickly grew her account base, adding AmPharm, Inc., GMAC auto insurance, AIG auto insurance, Direct Buy, AmMed Direct and others. Under Paula's leadership, Victor Results Advertising has been honored with a Future 50 fastest-growing business award for four straight years in a row, and has twice been named a Best in Business Finalist. Paula is a member of Nashville CABLE where she earned the "Above and Beyond" award and is currently on the Athena PowerLink Board of Advisors. She is also on the board for CASA.

When she's not leading the way for clients, Paula can be found running around with her four school age children or sneaking in some rare alone time. A fine food enthusiast, she loves gardening, cooking, entertaining and wine tasting. A constant student, Paula also cherishes any time she gets to catch up on science, politics, you name it...And when it all gets to be a little overwhelming, she simply blows off some steam with a bike ride or a workout at the gym.

Sandra Hale
Account Management Supervisor

Originally a "Tiger" from the University of Memphis where she received her BA in advertising, Sandra has shaped her career in advertising and marketing for more than 25 years. Her knowledge of branding and the interactive world add a spark to client creative strategies.

Sandra offers expertise in strategy, planning, project management and execution, customer relationship management (CRM), results and research analysis. Her broad perspective and insights from working both on the agency and client side of the business allows her the ability to deliver optimized integrated solutions to help clients achieve their corporate sales and branding objectives.

She masterfully manages comprehensive, multi-level campaigns from goal setting to precise budget management that are always on time. Sandra leads a team of account service and marketing experts to develop results-oriented, strategic marketing campaigns for clients including traditional advertising, brand, public relations, interactive and direct response.

Sandra previously served as Director of Marketing for Praxis, a healthcare agency, and as Account Supervisor at a large, national advertising agency. She is the esteemed recipient of awards including Addys for print and broadcast production, Global Awards for healthcare marketing, and International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) awards.

An avid outdoorswoman, she can be found gardening her perennials, training her Belgian Warmblood sport horse in dressage, or playing with her Chow Chow and two cats. Her creative streak is also seen outside the office with her ventures in oil painting, sewing, knitting, and designing jewelry and beadwork.

Mary Buckner
Creative Director/Senior Writer

Mary Buckner is our writer guru. An absolute pleasure to work with, Mary brainstorms like no other and is a sheer genius when it comes to putting words together in the perfect way.

Mary's 30 years of experience in marketing strategy and creative management make her a seasoned professional in writing for our clients. Mary has created award winning advertising for hundreds of campaigns spanning print, broadcast, direct marketing, public relations and interactive campaigns. Not to mention, her credentials also include 4 published science fiction novels!

Mary oversees creative development for Victor Results and ensures that we deliver outstanding creative that is fresh, and yet (most importantly) reaches your target audience and motivates them to respond. Mary is a constant student of brand and direct...always innovative in her approach to deliver strong brand and awareness initiatives to meet clients' strategic goals and objectives.

And she's heavily-decorated, too. Her industry awards include: Diamond Addys for newspaper, B2B direct mail, and IABC Golden Quill award for marketing and PR writing. Mary formerly served as VP of Marketing for a large national financial company and has held Creative Director positions for national advertising agencies. As with every creative genius, Mary has her wild side...you'll often find her kayaking or skydiving!

Mickey Payne
Creative Manager/Senior Art Director

Mickey is our design genius. She shares over 20 years experience in brilliant graphic design and production know how, to lead our team of artists, writers and production experts. Mickey understands client goals and is focused on optimum results.

Her expertise includes a broad range of creative capabilities including: concept, graphic design, development and production of direct marketing, POP, trade show graphics, ads, interactive, billboards, video, collaterals, broadcast, and transit to name a few.

Mickey has helped Fortune 500 clients as well as entrepreneurial firms, and has managed her own creative design boutique. Her client experience includes Avis, Comdata, Metro Airport Authority, Lifeway, Shop at Home, Aon, Gaylord, Americo Inc. and others to name a few.

Her impressive creative campaigns have won numerous awards including Diamond Addys, Echo Leader Awards, and PIAS Awards for print production.

Jennifer Allen
Media Supervisor

Victor Results' "media queen", Jennifer is a true competitor - she was once ranked 2nd in the state as a fast-pitch softball pitcher! She now funnels this competitive streak into getting the best media buys for Victor Results' clients.

Jennifer has fifteen years of experience in media planning and buying, including extensive DRTV experience with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of TN. At Victor Results, she has directly helped build the fastest-growing DRTV media agency in the South. She has managed media for a range of clients, including healthcare, casual dining, processed foods, financial, and retail companies. Her background encompasses projecting audience potential, media performance evaluation, aggressive negotiation of media rates, and managing and training buying teams. Need we say more?

Prior to joining Victor Results, Jennifer was vice-president, group buying supervisor at The Buntin Group where she was responsible for radio, television, cable, print and Internet media planning and buying. A (rare) Nashville native, she is a member of the Franklin Road Academy Alumni Board. When she's not crunching numbers and making winning media deals for clients, Jennifer likes to relax with a good book, catch a new movie or listen to music. She's an avid fan (stalker) of the GooGoo Dolls.

Trish Mathias
Senior Account Executive

Trish is our #1 "go-getter". Clients love Trish and so do we. You'll know why when you meet her! She's involved in a lot...and somehow manages to keep it all together. And in the midst of it all, she keeps a super-friendly attitude that makes her a client favorite. How does she do it?!

As a Senior Account Executive, Trish is an advocate to the Victor Results Advertising client base and plays a critical role in strategy. She keeps the account management and creative teams in check, to achieve clients' goals and continually provide value added benefits to clients. Trish's proactive approach combined with her knowledge of measureable results allows her to determine the most cost effective channels for our clients' business...and pull it off in style!

Trish is a native of the Germantown area of Memphis, Tennessee, where she previously served as marketing director for Advantage Stone and Hardscapes. In addition to her duties at Victor Results, she finds time to remain active in the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce and Kappa Delta Alumnae Association, while also volunteering for community organizations like Hands On Nashville and Prevent Child Abuse America.

And when she does get some free time (is that possible?), you might find her trying a new restaurant, traveling to a big city, or riding a Honda Ruckus around town with the Scoot Nashville club!

Kelly McNair
Director of Strategic Marketing Services

Hailing from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, Kelly is a sports enthusiast and avid traveler. She loves being in on the action, including developing innovative strategies for our clients.

Kelly plays a key role in new business, public relations and marketing for Victor Results' clients. She brings specific marketing and advertising experience in the healthcare and financial arenas, including strategic planning and analysis, creative strategy, campaign management and research.

Kelly's strategic ingenuity and commitment to excellence combine to deliver breakthrough campaigns our clients count on. Her client-side and agency experience give her a comprehensive perspective that keeps her focused on client goals. She holds a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University, and most recently served as Marketing Director for The ADAM Group, a national healthcare marketing firm in Franklin, Tennessee. Kelly enjoys getting involved in professional and community organizations, previously serving on the Nashville CABLE Board as Publications Chair and volunteering as a Young Life leader for an area high school.

During hockey season, you'll find Kelly at the ice rink cheering on the Nashville Predators. In warmer months, she's having grill-out-Fridays with friends and finding any excuse to get outside. Kelly hopes to get back to some of her favorite overseas spots someday soon, like Cinque Terre, Italy, Syndey, Australia and Lugano, Switzerland. But in the meantime, she settles for shorter strips in the States; shopping in Chicago, touring New York City and relaxing at her family's lake condo in Virginia.

Kelly Adcock
Senior Media Buyer

Kelly is our social butterfly who loves to mingle...which serves her well in wheeling and dealing for the best media buys you can find.

Prior to joining the agency, Kelly was head of operations for a successful security company and has had extensive experience in financial management of multi-million dollar companies. She actively participates in the agency's Electronic Retailing Association and Direct Response Marketing Alliance memberships.

Kelly joined the agency in 2004 with 15 years of experience in financial management, sales and negotiations, and has steadily worked her way up to the Senior Media Buyer position. She manages all long-format TV media buying and conducts media analytics to determine strongest creatives, offers and schedules. With her strong sales and negotiation skills, she establishes great relationships with vendors and is able to negotiate cost-effective buys for clients. Her knowledge of numbers is a critical asset, calculating best schedules and media buys for improved profitability.

Kelly is a native of Russell Springs, KY, home of the beautiful Lake Cumberland. In her own words, she may be a little "country" but she likes it that way! When she's taking a break from her media duties, she loves spending time with her two sons and family, watching movies and listening to music...perhaps a little too loud. Her life motto is to make every minute count.

Brenda Morrison
Finance Manager

Born in Buffalo, NY, Brenda has lived outside of Rochester, NY for over thirty years, making her career in finance and sales. Friendly and professional, she is a trusted manager and leader for the agency.

Brenda plays an important role in managing, organizing and maintaining the financial systems needed to keep Victor Results operating at peak efficiency. With over 25 years of experience, she develops staff and inspires individual team members to achieve maximum results. Having previously worked for such companies as Global Communications Solutions, Flightline Electronics and the Harris Corporation, Brenda has a proven ability to provide management with the key financial information needed to make critical business decisions.

Outside of the office, Brenda is a cantor (song leader) for her church and a member of the Gregory Kunde Chorale, performing in concerts both as a chorale member and mezzo-soprano soloist. In addition to singing, she enjoys gardening, hanging out with friends and spending time with her family, including her four children.

Don Day
Director of Operations

Don is a polished and experienced force that keeps Victor Results running smoothly. A true gentleman, Don is an asset in new business dealings as well as in the operations of the agency. He oversees production and mail management for millions of mail pieces per year.

With over 30 years of senior management experience, Don was most recently Executive Vice President of SmartDM (now Axciom). He has also served as a senior member for National Field Operations for Sears and National Director of Distribution at Zayre and TJ Maxx Corporate. Previously, he was President of Direct Mail of Maine, General Manager of the Portland News Company, General Manager of DataMarketing Network and CEO of two privately owned companies.

Don holds a BS from Villanova University and has done post-graduate work toward an MBA at Babson College. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his grandkids.
